The Copenhagen Quilt

As you probably now, I name my quilt patterns after cities I’ve either travelled to or that are still on my to travel list.

Well, I’ve been in Copenhagen once and fell in love with this amazing city the first second I’ve put my feed on the ground. Copenhagen is such a vibrant city. Modern and classic elements are in harmony with each other. That’s exactly what I wanted to show with the Copenhagen Quilt Pattern - classic quilt elements that create a modern and pure look.

Kayla from the Tacoma Fabric Company offers Copenhagen Quilt Kits on her version she made. You can get the Quilt Kit HERE!

Meet the Copenhagen Quilt Pattern Testers:

I had a fantastic pattern tester team. It is hard to explain how it feels when you send your pattern to your tester team for the very first time. It is a mixture of mainly joy and excitement combined with a bit of fear (What do they think? Are my cutting instructions correct? Have I forgotten something super important?…). Then, when they start sharing their process - my heart makes a little dance and starts to tingle. It is one of these super special moments during the creating process of a new quilt pattern.

So, here they are:
