I am a pattern designer, artist, addicted to fabrics, sewer and quilter.
Sewing and quilting are probably one of the coolest hobbies on earth. The experience of creating something with your own hands and the joy of doing it is more important than ever in today's fast-paced world.
Being able to sew means you can create your own wardrobe – clothes that perfectly fit your style and your body. It also means you can make unique home accessories like quilts for your home or for a friend.
Quilting crossed my way about two years ago (so about 2018/19). It was not really love at first sight – but – there was something that fascinated me about quilting. I started with small and easy projects. The more I quilted the more I began to love it.
Looking for the perfect fabrics for my next sewing project is one of the many things I love about quilting. Combining colours, cutting fabrics and put them together in a completely different way, and finally see how a unique new quilt comes to life – it’s magic!
